Thanet, St. PeterSarre, a village and a ville in Thanet district, Kent. The village stands on the river Stour, adjacent to the Ashford and Ramsgate railway, 2 miles NE of Grove-Ferry rail station, and 8 west-south-west of Margate; and has a post office under Margate, and a fair on 14 October.
