I give unto my daughter, ELIZABETH, the bed I usually lie upon with all the furniture to it belonging, my silver cup, my little table in the hall of my dwelling house, my middle brass skillet and the joined chest which her mark is set upon and also the sum of fifteen pounds of lawful money of England which will but level her portion with my other children. And then moreover I give to her one equal part and share with the rest of my children, share and share alike, of what my state both real and personal will amount unto after my debts are paid only I give to my granddaughter, ELIZABETH, daughter of my late son, ELIAS TERRY, deceased, the sum of forty shillings to be paid her at her age of one and twenty years or day of marriage which shall first happen by my Executrices hereafter named.
And I make my loving friend, JOHN BLUNDELL of Sheldwich, bricklayer, overseer desiring him to see this my Will duly and truly performed according to the true intent and meaning hereof, he having reasonable allowance for pains herein.
Item I make my said daughter, ELIZABETH, and my daughter, MARY, joint Executrices to this my last Will and Testament and I hereby make void all former Wills by me made declaring this for my last Will and Testament.
