THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of JOHN ROOME the elder lying under the tutition of the Almighty tahnks be unto God Amen, in the name of God, Amen, this I make my testament and last Will in the name of the father, the son and the holy ghost then that first made me this my whole resolution that whether I live I live or die I am the Lord and my body to be buried in Christian burying where it shall.
Item, I give and bequeath to my son JOHN ROOME one brass stuppin, one table, one spit and dripping pan.
Item, I give to JOHN ROOME my grandchild 12 pence.

Item to STEPHEN ROOME 12 pence.
