Notes |
- By 1891 Charles, who worked as a steam sawyer, had married but he did not then have any children. Charles and his new wife - Fanny, lived at 32 Westgate Road, next door to his second cousin, Ann (nee Gregory) Bodeker. Unfortunately, any recollection as to how these two cousins got along has been lost over the years. The consanguenous relationship between Charles and Ann is traced back to their common set of great-grandparents, Thomas Nutt and Mary Herman.

Schedule #54, 32 Westgate Road, Faversham:
Charles H. Bunting, head, married, 35, steam sawyer, born at Faversham
Fanny, wife, 31, born at St. George, London
Interesting how Charles lived next door to Ann Bodeker (nee Gregory), his third cousin through Matthew Nutt. It makes me wonder if either of them was aware of the consangenous relationship between them.
