      Robert Whiting and William Whiting appeared regarding a yearly rent of 5 shillings for a messuage, garden and appurtenances on the west side of Tanner Street, late occupied by Mary Rucke, late the estate of Mary Rucke "who by her Will" devised the same to Robert Whiting and William Whiting upon certain trusts. Relief of 2 shillings, 6 pence was paid and they were admitted tenants of the manor but fealty was respited as they were both absent.

      The property was subsequently devised to William James Coulter on 18 October 1869.
