IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN, I, JOHN RUCK, of Elham, having a sound mind and the free use of my reason, do here make my Last Will and Testament: that is to say, I do constitute and appoint my loving brother JOHN FORMAN of Elham, to be my true and lawful Executor, to take care of all my affairs, to receive all that is due to me and to pay all my debts.
To my mother I give ten pounds.
To my cousins Daniel and Marcellus Forman, I bequeath all my wearing apparel.
This is my true and Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal the seventh day of October, Anno Domini 1692.
